Hello @utnalove,
Thanks for reaching out. Is there a reason you submitted that URL for validation in the first instance? Also, check your robots.txt file and share what it looks like. You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image-sharing service, please share the link to the image here.
Hello, I never submitted that link for validation i GSC.
When I inspect it I get:
Sitemaps: No referring sitemaps detected
Referring page:
https://www.example.com/home/?amp/
https://www.example.com/t/yoni-massage/?amp/
https://www.example.com/real-post-url/
http://example.com.rankank.com/
Here is the full robots.txt:
# START YOAST BLOCK
# ---------------------------
User-agent: *
Disallow:
Sitemap: https://www.example.com/sitemap_index.xml
# ---------------------------
# END YOAST BLOCK
Google Search Console found the URL from those referring pages; it should not be indexed. You can add a disallow directive in your robots.txt file.
but how to edit the robots.txt when it is dynamically generated by yoast?
You can access it from WordPress > Yoast SEO > Tools > File Editor
