You can deactivate sharing on your Jetpack-hosted videos so that there is no apparent way to share or download your video files, but as with any content on the Internet, if someone is able to load the video in their browser, if they were extremely savvy and really wanted to find the link to that video, they would be able to do so.

That being said, it sounds like you may want to search out a “Membership” plugin, so you could make it to where only logged-in people can see certain types of content rather than it being publicly available, which would cut down even further on the chance of someone sharing a video outside of your site.
