But I do not want to lose any data, settings, products, etc. * I have seen many articles on how to temporarily disable the store, but they all either require paid extensions, or they do not entirely disable the store. If I understand correctly, deactivating the plugin from the plugins list will cause data loss. * Does anyone have any suggestions on how to completely hide the store from the public while preserving data? Would renaming the woocommerce folder (under wp- content/plugins) to something else accomplish this? * Thanks, Caleb. I did see that article. None of those options are ideal, because they don’t completely hide the whole store. They only partially disable it. I was able to disable the shop page, that helps. * That link you provided for how to create a hidden store seems to be what I want, but I just don’t feel like spending $130.
