Support » Plugin: WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway » Disabling payment request buttons breaks the form

I have installed the plugin on a Woocommerce site and it works great if I have the payment request buttons activated, however if I disable them by unckecking the checkbox then the payment form no longer loads on the checkout page.

I have no errors in the console and the site is loading over https. Is there something additional I need to do to get the form to load without the payment request buttons?

    Thanks.

    Hey there!

You should be able to use Stripe for cards without the Payment Request buttons, no issues.

Can you please send your site URL here so we can look at your site? Also, please make sure that Stripe is active on your site, and payment requests are not enabled.

Hopefully that helps! Have a great one!

Hey thanks for the quick response, I have just solved the issue. I switched to another theme and it all worked great so knew it was a problem with mine.

It seems there was a conflict with one of my scripts (only when the payment request buttons were disabled) but it wasn’t showing as an error in the console, after a bit of trial and error I have found it and changed it and everything works great.
