Disabling Jetpack sync.

Is there any filter example or some idea, about disabling jetpack sync ?

I have 900k terms, 220k posts, and when start jetpack sync, it makes my db servers getting down.

Also, i disabled wp-cron.php + wp_cron false, via wp-config.

But jetpack keep syning my whole data.

Any idea ?
