jQuery Pin It Button For Images
[resolved] Disabling Hover Animation (2 posts)

    Hey there. I have a really annoying animation that happens when I hover over images... the "Pin It" button swoops down from the top left-hand corner of my screen and ends up on the image I am hovering on.

    Link to example: http://www.calliecolwick.com/my-wish-for-you/

    Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

    Oh--and I've read all the prior documentation... even found a post on this topic before that was resolved... but I am not sure how. :)

    Hi,

    I believe (although I'm not certain) this animation is caused by the CSS of the theme you're using. To be exact, I think it's in the following piece of css:

    a {
        color: #FF4669;
        text-decoration: none;
        transition: all 0.2s ease-in-out 0s; /* THIS LINE */
    }

    If you could go to the stylesheet.css file of the theme you're using and comment that line and take a look if the issue still exists, we'll be certain if that's the case.

    In case you were wondering, that piece of css after commenting the mentioned line should look like:

    a {
        color: #FF4669;
        text-decoration: none;
        /*transition: all 0.2s ease-in-out 0s;*/
    }

    Let me know.
