Disabling Desktop / Mobile Switch causes site to not work

    My client wants to remove the mobile/desktop switch from the site. I went to Core Settings->Desktop / Mobile Switching and unchecked “Show switch link in mobile view”.

    But when I view on the site on my mobile device, I see the same screen that used to show the switch (just no switch) instead of the homepage. I also am unable to navigate to any other part of the site. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate. I am new to WPTouch so maybe there’s a simple fix that I’m not aware of?

    Currently running WPTouch v3.7.9.1
    Testing on iPhone 3gs, iOS6
