 * How can I make it if I disable comments that they’re removed entirely from the
   page?
 * ie.
    No Comments Yet You can be the first to comment! Sorry, comments for this
   entry are closed at this time.
 * I still want it that if comments are enabled, and there are none, it will still
   say “No Comments Yet, You can be the first to comment! though!
