Disabling Captcha Registration

Hello,

Since my users don’t read English, I want to disable the Captcha option after I have activated it.

However, unchecking the option, uninstalling/new-installing, deleting the plugins’ tables, etc. doesn’t prevent the Captcha Control to appear on the wp-login screen.

Could you please tell me how to disable the Captcha Registration ?
