Disabling caching for a folder

Hello,

I just installed an LRS (Learning Record Store) on my site. The developer told me “You also need to contact hostgator and ask them to disable any caching like Varnish they have for this folder: https://poogi.net/grassblade-lrs/”

When I contacted Hostgator, support told me that I need to install WP Super Cache to do the above.

I have installed and activated WP Supercache. I see in the Advanced settings tab, there is a “Do Not Cache Page” secret key. And there is a box to enter strings to force a page not to be cached. But I’m not sure how to use either of these functions or if that is indeed what I need to do to disable caching from the above-mentioned folder. Will WP Supercache let me accomplish what I need to do? Or do I need to contact Hostgator again?
