Disables adding images to posts

When I have this plugin activated, it makes it impossible for me to add images / media to my posts. As soon as I deactivate it, I am able to add the images.
I ran it in debug mode, and didn’t see any errors that were specific to the plugin, but it does seem to be the issue.
