Disable/remove Google Fonts

Is it possible to remove Google Fonts–and any calls to fonts.googleapis.com–from the Customizr theme?
We are starting to integrate our Chinese website into our global site, and the Google Fonts are a major problem. Google is blocked in China, and calling those fonts stalls the loading of the site for up to 2 minutes (sometimes pages fail completely).

there’s no option at the moment for that 🙁You might want to try some plugins,
e.g.

Hi there,
I only use: https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-google-fonts/ to stop loading of Google Fonts. It’s lightweight and helps with site performance boost.
As a side note, for custom fonts, I use: https://wordpress.org/plugins/use-any-font/ . This is the best if you run unique fonts on your website.
