    Hi all,

I have unchecked the option for Brand, GTIN en MPN input fields.
But unfortunately I still see the input fields on the Edit Product Page of the Inventory tab.

And if I do check the option I see this on the Inventory tab:

    What went wrong?

    That’s weird.

Are you sure these “other” input fields are from another plugin?

Could you open the Product page in Chrome, right click on one of the fields and select the “Inspect” option. That should open the Dev Tools window with the code for that field. Could you tell me the “id” name of both the brand fields?

    Hi Michel,

    I see:

    tvc_product_brand

    wppfm_product_brand

Ok, the wppfm_product_brand is from our plugin. The tvc_product_brand is from another plugin. wppfm stands for WordPress Product Feed Manager. You might look for a plugin that relates to the tvc letters.

Let me know if you found it.

    Hi Michel,

I have tried to deactivate many plug-ins (e.g. WooCommerce UPC, EAN, and ISBN
), but the Product Brand, GTIN and MPN input fields are still there.

    If I google to: ‘tvc_product_brand’ I can’t find to which plug-in it belongs…

    Weird…

Yes that is a bit strange.

You might try to open the Dev Tools again and check if the class name gives a bit more information. Also, does the help text (question mark right of the input field) give some hint as to what plugin it’s from?

    Hi @michel-jongbloed,

I found out that the 3 input fields are caused by the WordPress plug-in:
‘Enhanced E-commerce for Woocommerce store’ by Tatvic

Strangely there is no option in ‘Tatvic EE Plugin’ to disable the input fields.

    Ok @konijntje, great find.

Yes, strange that it can’t be removed.

I will close your topic than.

    Have a nice day.
