I have one customer who is seeing the maintenance page when they get to checkout (it’s just a bog-standard woocommerce checkout page), even though I haven’t used your plugin for over a year, and I disabled your plugin a long time ago.

I asked them to reset their cache, try a different browser etc, but no change. They are a new customer, so have never visited the site before.

How can I help them?? What could possibly cause this?

  • Hi @murrayelliot2,

I visited checkout page (https://www.herbalhealth.org.uk/cart/) and could not replicate the issue on my end. I also inspected the page’s source code and did not find any reference to the Coming Soon plugin.

However, I noticed some mixed content warnings on the homepage (Screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/V0WH1h). This could be the reason for the issue your customer is experiencing. To fix and avoid these mixed content warnings, we recommend that you update the URLs from HTTP to HTTPS. You may also install the plugin SSL Insecure Content Fixer plugin suggested in the guide below to see if it helps.

Please ensure to clear the WordPress, browser, and server cache before checking for any improvements. You may also advise your customer to clear their browser cache before attempting to access the checkout page again.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Kind regards,
