Disabled block

Hi,

The blocks look great!

Something I just wanted to doublecheck, I plan to only use 1 or 2 Getwid -blocks for a certain site and disable all other blocks.
1. Are disabled blocks never loded anywhere on the site?
2. For the ones that I do use (only on the front page) are any Getwid -resources loaded at all on other pages that doesn´t display any Getwid -blocks?
