    Hi,

Could someone please help me out.

In the Core settings there is a option to disable WordPress plugins. I'm using a menu plugin called mega menu that's conflicting with the menu in WP-Touch. I disabled the plugin in the core settings but it's still visible when I go to the menu in the site and it isn't actually disabled. How can I really disable the plugin for the mobile version?

    Thanks!

Not all plugins respond to the Compatibility Tool. You can try to hide the page element by adding custom styling to your mobile theme in the Stats & Custom Code area of your WPtouch admin panel.

This documentation details how to preview your mobile theme in a desktop browser so you can use a browser inspector to locate the selectors you'll need: http://www.bravenewcode.com/support/knowledgebase/previewing-your-mobile-site-in-a-desktop-browser/

Alternatively, WPtouch Pro allows you to attempt to deactivate the plugin only in the mobile theme by removing its hooks in a child theme.
