    Hello there,
    First off, thanks for reaching out. As the theme does not offer such functionality, would you please paste following snippets to Customize>Additional CSS section?

    .post-thumbnail.full-width-image {
    display: none;
}

    Pls I want to display thumbnail on a Facebook and WhatsApp posts. Please tell me how to do this.
