Disable the function for certain post

Hello,
I want to disable the functionality of Permalink Manager for pages, post and woocommerce leave it only active for CPTs how can I deactivate it?

2.0.5.1 version is released and the post types can be disabled here:
wp-admin/tools.php?page=permalink-manager§ion=settings
