I'm really sorry to say that, but I'm not that sure what you have in mind with both of your inquiries, since I wasn't able to spot nor any slideshow of pictures, nor a blog roll of thumbnails on the right side of your blog posts. But we did notice an error from the Pin It plugin, but I somehow presume you didn't had that mind, right?
Is there a chance you could send us some screenshots of the problems you're experiencing, so that we could have a closer look at it? I'm sure that this way we'll be able to help you out much more effectively (and faster)!
