 * Please note, disabling sidebar for page is based on theme option. To disable 
   sidebar on the video detail page, open **/wp-content/plugins/contus-video-gallery/
   hdflvvideoshare.php** and find **show_ui**. Now replace the value **false** with**
   true**.
 * If you login to admin panel, you can see the new label in the name **Contus Video
   Gallery**. All the video posts will be listed here. Now edit them and disable
   sidebar option for each post. Make sure you didn’t modify the post content (shortcode).

    I Use the the7 theme neither do the screen options work
