Disable Scripts Depending on Theme Served

I like the idea of this plugin but I’m not sure I can use it. I need to disable to not use certain plugins and scripts based on the theme served to users. I have two themes, one for desktop and another for mobile/tablets. What is the conditional logic for achieving this? Thank you
