Disable scheduled backups on dev environments

    Is there a constant or filter hook that can be set to prevent scheduled backups from running on development/staging environments?

    Hello @crstauf
    I think you can disable wp-cron on devs environment instead so jobs will all stop scheduled ^^

    @duongcuong96 Disabling WP Cron on dev environments is too aggressive, preferable to deactivate only the backups.
