 * Hello, I wanted to ask the question – is it generally safe to enable the “Disable
   REST API” option? What are the implications of it, when it’s better to not engage
   this option?
 * I usually work with page builders like Elementor or Bricks, can it negatively
   impact them in any way?
   Thanks in advance.

 * [@visedfaq](https://wordpress.org/support/users/visedfaq/) it’s generally safe
   as Elementor / Bricks mainly do their work while the user is logged-in. Disable
   REST API only blocks access to non-authenticated users (logged-out).
