# Disable registration

 * Is it possible to disable registration through WSDesk? Remove the Need an Account/
   Register button.
 * My theme uses a different login page.

 * You can disable the registration through WSDesk. Go to general settings of WSDesk-
   >Ticket raisers(who can raise a ticket). Select the option All instead of registered
   users.

 * Thanks for the quick reply.
 * That would not work for me, however, as I want to include the ability to attach
   files.
 * What I need is only registered users can see / add tickets and no “Need an Account/
   Register button.”
 * Is that not possible?
