disable redirection to payment gateway for standard contact form

    Hi

    I am trying to disable the default redirection to payment gateways in contact forms that are not meant for payments like: https://baleiaventure.com/?page_id=3233

    ‘Enable PayPal/Stripe on this form’ is disabled (unchecked) however this contact form keeps redirecting users to a default url (?cf7pp_stripe_redirect=5&cf7pp_fid=undefined&cf7pp_p=7270&cf7pp_return=…), with the following message
    Website Admin: Price cannot be set to 0.00.

    I’ve also tried to change the price to be a dummy value like 10, but it still redirects to a payment gateway

    How can you disable payment options in standard contact forms not meant for payments ?

    Do you have any payment gateways checked or any payment values in your form? If you don’t check any payment gateways OR setup any form processing codes, it shouldn’t redirect.

    Thanks for your prompt replay Collin.

    I can confirm that both payment gateways options under ‘Paypal&Stripe’ tab are unchecked.
    The ‘Item Price’ value gets automatically populated to ‘0.0’ even if you try to delete it.

    WordPress version 5.7
    Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on 1.8.3
    PHP 7.1.33

    Does your contact form have any payment related options in it that may be triggering our plugin? Have you left *all* of the other fields blank in the payment settings for the form?

    If you turn on pretty permalinks and use /contact/ instead of /?page_id=3233 does the issue resolve? There’s a known bug with our plugin on pages that use /?page_id=3233 style links.
