[Resolved] "Disable post revision"does not work

    Hello.

I am currently using WordPress 3.6.1, and “Disable post revision” does not seem to work: when a new post is saved as draft, it creates a revision entry in the MySQL database. This seems to happen with older versions of WordPress.

    Thank you.

A draft is not what I mean by ‘revision.’

By default, if you leave a post open, WP makes saves via the HeartBeat API. THOSE are revisions.

If you press ‘save draft’ one assumes you intended to save a revision of the draft.
