Disable Parent Menu Link

    Have been using this plugin for a while and it’s great – but would benefit form one addition: a selectable option to “Disable Parent Menu Link” (there is a plugin for this, but 9 years old!)
    The old method of “Add Custom Link” via WP Menu options doesn’t seem to work in conjunction with this…and is certainly less user-friendly.
    If this could be integrated into Nested Pages, it would be a huge help.
