Disable loading of external sources

Hi.

First of all, great plugin!

On my blog I use this plugin specific (only) on the Post-pages, however the external sources from facebook, google, pinterest load on all pages, even though they are not being used.

Is there a way I can specify this plugin to only load all these js on the Post-pages?

As my server is not the fastest, loading external js slows it down 🙁
