• I’m using RSS Graffiti on Facebook, it automatically updates my Facebook page every time there’s a new item on my feed. Unfortunately after activating Jetpack Photon for images, each time RSS Graffiti posts on my Facebook Page, images aren’t showing anymore. I believe it’s because Jetpack Photon images only work on WordPress sites and not on Facebook.

I also noticed that when my site is viewed using an RSS reader like Feedly, images aren’t showing up as well.

Are there any ways to disable Jetpack Photon on my RSS Feed? Thanks in advance!

    Hi there:

There isn’t that level of customization with Photon – currently it’s either “on” or “off”.

However, the images should display on Facebook and in your RSS feed. Millions of people use Photon and use Publicize to post their new posts to Facebook have images showing up just fine.

I also checked a few of my test sites in Feedly, and the images being served by Photon again appear just fine. Example: http://d.pr/i/k8mC

Can you let me know what site you’re having this problem? Once I have that information, I’ll be better able to help.

    Thank you!

Hi Carolyn, thanks for replying. Since that is the case, I will double check now, it could be my WP Super Cache plugin that’s causing the problem.

I’ll also check Photon > Feedburner > Feedly without WP Super Cache, I hope it will work this time. Thanks!
