Disable igniteUP, still running maintenance pages

    Hi, does any one had the same problem?
    I have switched off the igniteUp (disabled it) and still the maintenance side is running in public. Official site is no available.

    Thank you for contacting us. I just visited your website with the domain you have given above, it redirects me to another domain and a website appears. I can’t see any maintenance mode page.

    And what did you mean by “Official site is no available.”?
