    Great thanks.

Do you think it would be possible to have a template for the Add to cart shortcode in the future? I think scabn_sc() in functions.php. Be nice to be able to change the texts “Unit price” etc without touching core…

This is being addressed in SCABN 2.0 which changes how customization is applied to SCABN. You can check it out http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/simple-cart-buy-now/branches/scabn-2.0

but I haven’t yet documented how to customize it (or fully tested customization, but the rest is working).

Sweet – if you need a hand testing or coding let me know. Be great to add a “payment by other means – bank transfer, Bitcoin etc” feature as well where the vendor gets an email with the order and reconciles it against a payment. Although would have to collect shipping address then .. bla..bla..bla … 🙂

It would be great to have other testers. The main goal of SCABN 2.0 is to clean up code (much of it from the project I forked to create SCABN) and enable users to customize SCABN through WordPress’s preferred filter system. Then if you have a feature you want to add (bitcoin, for example) hopefully you can just add a new filter to an existing hook and add that functionality. I need to port my customization to the SCABN 2.0 system and then I’ll put SCABN 2.0 on my production site and once I’m happy with that and document that changes, I’ll merge it back into the main tree. But it would be great to get some testing before all that. Let me know if you have any issues grabbing the 2.0 code.

SCABN 1.9.X support just leaving the Google Merchant ID blank to disable Google Wallet. I haven’t tagged 1.9.11 as stable, but it is. I want to add one small feature, then I’ll release 2.0 and tag it as stable.
