disable full screen view of designs

I want to disable full screen view of png used in my site for flourish designs,it shows a green circle now to view it in full screen i want to disable the green icon only for png designs as they are used only for decoration,I am new in wordpress so i dont no anything about html and css so please describe the procedure.
