  • The free version of WPtouch is not customizable beyond what’s available in its admin panel. WPtouch Pro will allow you to disable individual plugins from your mobile theme while leaving your desktop theme intact.

Unfortunately, you can’t. I don’t think that adding a “disable for mobile” option is a good fit for the plugin, especially when another plugin (WPtouch in this case) is the one that needs to determine if the user is using a mobile device.

I mean it would probably generate quite a lot of issues, e.g. when WPtouch decides the user is mobile and my plugin decides the user is desktop, etc.. Sorry, but I think the best way to deal with this issue is the one suggested by @bravenewcode Inc.

I’m using WPtouch Pro and I tried to disable the plugin hooks under the Plugin Compatibility but it uncheck itself after saving so i don’t think it works.

I’m thinking if it is possible that WPtouch Pro could add additional css class to img so that I can disable it via jquery pin it button admin.

In any case, a lazy workaround i have done is to reduce the transparency to 0 so that the images on wptouch mode looks fine. For some reason jquery pin it has the images in hover style with wptouch and makes the picture non transparent.
