Disable Field in Edit Profile Page

    Hello people,

    As the title says I want to know how to set an input field as “disable” in the profile editing page. I mean, I want the user can see the field but can’t edit it. Using css it’s possible to use “pointer-events: none” but this a fake feature because you still cand edit it throguh the Chrome inspector and then clicking the “update” button in the edit profile page.

    How I can disable a field? Hope you can help me

    Hi,

    Currently, this is not possible now. If we make field readonly, users will still be able to remove readonly or disabled attribute from field through browser HTML inspector. We have noted your request and we will add this functionality as an Addon.
