Mailchimp is setup to send mail for new orders to buyer.

To avoid sending double emails to buyer about a new order; where do I disable sending?

    Hi @firebride!

You can enable and disable your core emails from “WooCommerce > Settings > Emails” screen as per the documentation here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-18

    Cheers!

Yes, which one is the User mail for new orders? I only see the admin for new orders.

    Hey there,

Customers don’t receive a new order email, they only receive emails when the order is pending, processing, or completed. Here’s an overview from my test site:

In this case, you don’t need to disable the new order emails for customers because they don’t exist. 🙂

I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread. If you have further questions regarding Mailchimp, I recommend contacting Mailchimp for further help.
