[resolved] Disable description-text under thumbnails (Carousel) (3 posts)

    The carousel-gallery shows under the thumbnails of my gallery the description-text.
    Is it possible to disable this?
    In the gallery, I would like to show the description-text, but not under each photo in my article where the thumbnails are published...

    You could hide this text with some custom CSS. Try adding the following CSS to your theme stylesheet, or to your custom CSS editor under Appearance > Edit CSS in your dashboard:

    .jp-carousel-wrap .jp-carousel-titleanddesc-title, .jp-carousel-wrap .jp-carousel-photo-info {

    Jeremy, thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I had a similar problem, but I wanted to keep the caption and only hide the file name. So I used just this part of your code:

    .jp-carousel-wrap .jp-carousel-titleanddesc-title {
    	display: none;
