 * Hello. In Woocommerce order notes there is a link to delete order notes. Does
   URE can remove this capability “delete order notes” ? Thank you.

 * There is no special user capability for this purpose. URE can not help you.
 * WooCommerce output this button HTML with ‘delete_note’ CSS class. So you may 
   try to add custom CSS to the page to hide this button for selected role.
