# Disable default lightbox

 * Hi, I’d like to disable my theme lightbox and use the elementor one instead. 
   When I try to use the elementor lightbox, there are two overlapping lightboxes(
   one from wordpress, one from elementor). I know how to disable the elementor 
   one, but I want to disable the default wordpress one.

   the lightbox within the theme settings.

 * [My theme’s](https://wordpress.org/themes/magazine-base/) support is very unactive.
   I’ve tried looking for an option to disable the lightbox in the theme’s options,
   but I cannot find anything. The theme’s lightbox doesn’t show up in the elementor
   editor, it is just after I publish it there are overlapping lightboxes.
