Disable CRP in Article Sliders

    I am using a Latest Posts Slider feature within Elegant Theme’s Divi 3.x theme. Up until the latest CRP update, no related post(s) info was showing up in the Latest Posts Slider I am using. Now CRPs are showing up after the post excerpts (shoving the “Read More” button below the viewable area of the slider). How can I remove any CRP info from appearing in the Latest Posts Slider?

    At which update did you notice this?

    You could potentially try using an older version from this page as the last resort to try: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contextual-related-posts/developers/

    One thing try first are to display the automatic display in the settings page and use the manual install option on the single.php page of your theme.

    For some reason your latest posts slider might be reporting that it is a single page which is why the posts would show up automatically.

    It started happening after your last (most recent) update. Before that it worked fine.

    Does it work with any of the older versions in the link above?

    Yes, it does work with the earlier versions. I ended up turning off the CRP feature on all “Pages” in the settings (since I am using a Page as my Home Page, and that’s where the Latest Posts Slider is that was having the issue with CRP). I don’t really need CRP on any pages, so that solved the issue. Thanks!
