# Disable Create Account

 * I am your customer, I bought the plugin along with some addons, however since
   the last update we are having major problems. The main problem is that before
   to make a donation it was not necessary for the user to register. We just asked
   for name, surname and email and the user proceeded making the donation.
 * Now it is necessary to login to make the donation… I want to remove this setting.
   I do not want the requirement to make a register in order to donate.

 * Happy to clarify here.
 * To deactivate the registration option, navigate to Donations > All Forms > Click
   to edit your donation form > Form Fields > Registration. Under the Registration
   option, click on **None** and it will be disabled on your donation form.

 * hello,
    the setting in Donations > All Forms > Click to edit your donation form
   > Form Fields > Registration simply hide the login/registration form in the donation
   forms. Event if we disable it, a user account is automatically created when a
   donation is completed. Is there any way to disable the registration of a user
   when a donation is submitted?
