Disable Clickable on Navigation:Pages Buttons

My site is customaudiovideoinstalltion.com and I would like to disable the clickablity on the top-most buttons(pages). IE Contact Us, Gallery, Mobile and Residential.

I have searched the forums and tried several plugins but they only would allow me to redirect. I simply want the users to only be able to click on the child pages.
