Disable Billing Details Fields

Great plugin. But…

In Sweden I can’t see no reason for all those required fields of Billing Details.

For Taxes and EU VAT purposes only Country is necessary. And in Sweden we don’t use anything like “State/Province” in our addresses.

Those required fields, especially the state-field, is kind of an obstacle and most likely a conversion-killer. It sadly takes the EASY out of EDD. 🙁

So, is there anyway to disable those fields or at least make them not required?
