How AMP caching works based on Google’s documentation – “Each time a user accesses AMP content from the cache, the content is automatically updated, and the updated version is served to the next user once the content has been cached.”

This means that it’s not the latest content a user can see when they visit an AMP page, please correct me if I’m wrong.
My concern is if we make the our homepage(which shows the latest articles we have) as AMP, there maybe a scenario when a user visiting the homepage will not see the latest articles we have but an outdated content from the cache. How can we get around this while still having a valid AMP page? please advise.
