Disable all mobile styles

Is there a link to the general Storefront mobile methodology?

as in, is it all media queries, or is there some device / user agent detection going on too? I couldn’t even find the media queries from a very quick browse.

I would be much better off with no mobile styles at all probably, so if there’s a way to disable them in one fell swoop, would be much appreciated!
