Disable Abbility to add custom post types

    I have created some custom post types with insurance offers. I grand specific user groups to have access to specific actions on those custom post types. So far so good. But i dont have check somewhere something to give them access to add new. I just need them to have access just to edit there offers.
    Is that possible , and how;

    WordPress includes support for ‘create’ post capability. But it is not used by default. WordPress uses ‘edit_posts’ to control acess to ‘Add New’ menu item and button instead.

    URE Pro (role-editor.com) allows to activate this ‘create_posts’ capability or some unique capability for the custom post type.
