    Hello!

Maybe a stupid question, but how exactly can I disable a cronjob?
Is the “Non-repeating” option in the Recurrence setting for this? Does it disable a cronjob that way?

    Please let me know.
    Thanks!

There’s currently no way to disable a Cron job without deleting it completely. Depending on the plugin that adds the cron job, it may immediately reappear if you delete it.

Probably the best way to disable a Cron job is to edit it and set its next run time to a date well into the future.

    I see, thank you.

Do you think a disable option is something achievable that you could add in a future update?

+1 for an disable cron option 🙂

Question, if i change the time of a cron job to try to stop it, the next cronjob will line up anyway for instance hourly so that will not stop the cron job or am i mistaking?

Also do i need to keep the plugin active to keep the time change?

Would be a great feature to be able to Disable “PHP Cron Events” without having to delete them or changing their date.

    +1
