    Hi there @nossileee,

The carousel isn’t part of the WooCommerce plugin—instead, it’s coming from your theme. You can see this in the HTML of the page you linked.

I’d suggest checking your theme’s available settings or documentation to see if you can customize the display of that carousel.

    Hi @tijosh !

First, I want to thank you for the answer.

Yes, I already asked for support for the people of the topic which is this:
    https://themeforest.net/item/striz-fashion-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/23127573

However, they insist that it is a plugin problem, but it is not. I have already disabled all plugins and nothing has changed.

I’m hoping that they can help.
In the theme, there is no way to enable / disable this option, the only thing I can do is adjust the number of columns to show the products and nothing else.

Would you have any suggestions? I really need to resolve this.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi there,

Working through the underlying markup generated on that page, and at the risk of sounding like we’re sending your from pillar to post, this isn’t a WooCommerce issue. The core WooCommerce plugin doesn’t have any code for an “owl carousel slider”. To illustrate that better, please highlight the following screenshot to your theme support”:
