No, this is a blogging tool – not a link directory script.
I have a page i page for apartments in the area. Originally I made my list on a page and every new addition I just put in the right place.
I changed this and made a table in the database with the 5 or 6 columns I wanted. I had done this prior to my start w WordPress. I found Exec-PHP to run the page of code I used to use to pull up the data.
If I was to do it all over again I would make a page and call it Restaurants maybe. And just edit this page and save. Boom, done.
moshu, a Yellow Pages Directory is not a link directory. Link directories are not nearly as useful. Yellow Pages Directories have full listing information and sometimes include photos, document uploads, and video. They are not simply a link directory.
carloesperat, wordperss software is not just blogging software it is very exceptional blogging software with almost unlimited custom themes available and a large variety of plugins that can have a variety of uses. A Yellow Page Plug In would be pretty cool hu? Sounds pretty complicated though and you can get other script for that. Give me a shout if you want me to recommend something for you.
