    What I did: Went to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=smush&tab=directory and opened a directory with more than 14 items (i.e. more items than my screen size would display at once)

    What happened: The modal prevented me from scrolling to the modal’s controls (I see only my list of directories filling the modal viewport)

    What I expected to happen: Directory display with vertical scrolling so I can access controls

    Hi @arswright,

    It should be working fine. I just checked and it scrolls for me. Could you please try scrolling over the popup, not the page?

    Best regards,
    Anton

    Confirmed – I am able to scroll while the focus is on the modal dialog (did not catch this earlier because I was using my laptop and was trying the scrollbar, Page Down, and down arrow key – none of which worked).

    You’re welcome to consider this issue resolved, though it’d be cool if using the arrow keys (then Enter to select) worked as a means for navigating the directory tree.

    @arswright,

    Sure, we’ll improve the handling of the modal and add support for keyboard navigation in one of the upcoming releases. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Best regards,
    Anton
