Directory search breaks scrolling on small devices

Hello,

I don’t know how to describe this properly. When I open the member directory page on my phone, at first it loads fine. However, once I filter results, I can no longer scroll down the page to view results. Switching to “request desktop site” lets me see the first row of results but no further.

Any idea?

I just tested it with my phone and it works as expected.

Could you please provide steps so we can test the issue on your site?

Hey Champ,

This is what I did, and the problem remains for me:

1. Open private window
2. Navigate to page
3. Enter a filter – I’ve been putting ‘active location’ as Brazil

And voila, the page stops working – I can’t scroll down to results. I’m using Firefox mobile.

(I just checked in Chrome on my phone, which I don’t normally use, and same problem.)

Hi @lauramay7

Have you tried deactivating other plugins and leaving UM activate? Let’s see if this is a conflict issue.

Thanks, Champ. I will, but can’t until next week – I don’t have a computer or WiFi this week. It’s probably SG Optimizer as usual.

Hey Champ,

I’ve found the problem – it’s a plugin conflict with WP Mobile Menu (https://wordpress.org/plugins/mobile-menu/). This seems to be a pretty popular plugin (60k+), so might be an issue. I’ll also log an issue with their team, mainly because I’m not sure what to do now that I know what the problem is…!
